ASE Malaysia established in 1991, provides a full range of IC
packaging, testing and ‘ turnkey ‘ services in one
convenient location.
In March 1997, ASE Test Limited, the world’s largest
independent integrated Circuit Testing house acquired 100
% equity interest in ASE Malaysia.
ASE Malaysia serves a large customer base in the communications,
computing, industrial and automotive markets.
Through highly automated manufacturing processes and state-of-the-art
equipment, we have developed capabilities to assemble and
test packages such as QFPs, TQFPs, BGAs, SOICs, SOJs, PDIPs
and Flip Chip.
ASE Malaysia obtained ISO 9002 & QS 9000, certifications
from NV Kema (Holland) in April 1993 & June 1998 respectively
and ISO 14001 certification from SIRIM in October 1999.
